Congressman Barrow Holds Tax Advice Workshop Tonight

Tonight, Congressman John Barrow will host a workshop to help you fill out forms needed to ensure you receive that tax rebate check from the government and to provide some last minute tax advice.

The workshop runs from 6:00 - 7:30PM at the Savannah Morning News Auditorium on Chatham Parkway.

Everyone is encouraged to stop by to meet with representatives from agencies and organizations such as the IRS and AARP, who will have the forms that folks will have to file in order to get their rebates, even if they don't ordinarily file a return.

Remember, in order to be eligible to receive a stimulus check, you must files your 2007 tax form or if you didn't make enough to file, be sure fill out form 1040A.
