Jodie Foster plays a claustrophobic author trying to help a girl stranded on a remote island in "Nim's Island".  


Abigail Breslin's that girl, Nim, whose scientist dad is lost at sea. 


When Nim reaches out to the author of her favorite adventure novels to try to get help, Foster has to face her own fears to come through.


"Nim's Island" is rated PG.


The adventures of the crew of the Starship Enterprise continue with a remastered version of Star Trek - The Original Series Season Two.  


This is the version that's been running in syndication this past couple of years with completely revised special effects.


James Brown is back in "I got the Feelin': James Brown in the 60s". 


This is a boxed set of full length concerts, including his memorable 1968 performance in Boston, the day after Martin Luther King Jr's assassination.


That particular DVD's entitled "The Night James Brown Saved Boston".


With the Beijing Olympics just days away, you can see a dramatization of the modern games' rebirth in "The First Olympics: 1896 Athens". 


A young David Caruso played one of the U.S. Olympians in this 1984 miniseries that also featured David Ogden Stiers from MASH.


And if you're looking to learn more about China outside of Beijing, "Wild China" offers a travelogue to the mysterious country.


The two disc, five hour offering is taken from the BBC documentary and shows much of the land and the people that make China unique.
