How Dark Dark Knight

»  Comments | Post a Comment

The latest incarnation of the "Caped Crusader" has moviegoers scrambling for tickets.

But "The Dark Knight" isn't the campy 1960s Batman many remember.

Parents may want to give it a closer look before taking the little ones.

Even those in the movie say it may not be a flick for small children.

"In this middle of it you have this tornado of Heath's 'The Joker'. I think that's the scariest movie villain I think I've ever seen," said cast member Gary Oldman.

Christian Bale, who plays Batman in the movie, struggled with an appropriate age as well.

He says 10 is about right.

Moms and dads may want to see the movie first themselves before deciding to take the kids along.
