Seeing Michael Jackson high up on itunes' music video download chart is no surprise.
Nor is seeing pop siren Taylor Swift.
But you don't expect Mindy Kaling and Ellie Kemper of "The Office".
"It was a dream come true," said Kemper, who plays Erin on the series. "It was a very Hollywood miracle."
The download action started last week, when NBC debuted the newest batch of online "Office" webisodes.
They chronicle the characters making a music video, called "Male Prima Donna".
"I love song and dance, but there's no place for that on "The Office", said Kaling, who plays Kelly on the series, "So when I had an opportunity to do something online, I was like hmmmm."
The result was a full blown music video for actresses with no training in song or dance.
"It's our voices, our dance moves, our gold lemay, our rectangular sunglasses," said Kemper, "All us!"
But their lack of training just added to the fun.
"We did it in one day," said Kemper, "That was the best, dare I say, one of the best days of my life."
Co-star Ed Helms also got in on the act...
So did BJ Novak.
And while none of them will be leaving their day jobs...
"There has to be a follow up song, right?" suggests Kemper.
Tongue in cheek, the actresses can't help but ponder the possibilities.
"I wanna record a Christmas album!" said Kaling.
Stay tuned.
As of Wednesday, their song, was at 20 on the "itunes" music video download chart, but had been as high as number four over this past weekend.
