The Laura Griffin Memorial 5K Run/Walk is dedicated to healthy lifestyles, the prevention of substance abuse, and pedestrian safety. Please join us as we celebrate the 12th Anniversary of the Laura Griffin Memorial 5K Run/Walk to be held January 19, 2008. LATE REGISTRATION Early Registration closes on January 13, 2008 at 11:59PM, a $3 late fee with be charged after this time. RACE PACKETS & T-SHIRTS Race packet pick-up and late registration will be held from 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Friday, January 18, 2008 in the concession area of the John Kresse Arena. This is located in the Johnson P.E. Center (corner of Meeting and George Streets). The 5K (3.1) run and walk course is USATF certified. It will start and finish at the College of Charleston, and will run through the beautiful and historic streets of downtown Charleston SCHEDULE: 6:30 - 7:30a.m. Late Registration 8:00a.m. 5K Run 8:10a.m. 5K Walk (or when runners have passed the start line) 8:00 - 10:00a.m. Health Expo 9:30a.m. Awards Ceremony
Fees:
$22 for adults, $15 for college students/military, $13 for High School & Under, $10 for TEAMS with 10+ Students and 1 Adult (fee is per person)
