Banana Stuffed French Toast w/ Caramel Sauce

2 slices French Bread (from the large loaf in your Grocery Deli dept.)
1 to 2 Bananas
Egg Batter (mixture of 3 eggs & Milk, Cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg)
Milk 2oz.

Slice the French bread aprox. 2inch thick (a matter of taste if you want the bread thinner slice it thinner)
Spread the out side of the Bread with soften butter
Sprinkle the outside also with Cinnamon & sugar mixture.
In a sauté pan pour a little butter once the butter is hot add the French bread cook on both sides until golden brown.

Caramel Sauce:

1 lbs Butter
1 lbs Light Brown Sugar
1 pint of heavy cream

Add butter to Saucepan bring to a soft boil or until the butter is melted
While stirring add the light brown sugar once the mixture is lump free let simmer for 30 sec. then add the heavy cream.
