It's been a big week in savannah to paint the town pink for breast cancer awareness month.
Therapists at savannah oncology center really stood out today. They all dyed their hair pink in some way. It's a reminder for women to go in early for mammograms and be screened appropriately.
"Those women who are caught early have a very good survival, and many choices of treatment options. If they come in late they loose those options and often times that leads to poor survival."
The pink hairdo's are compliments of one cut above,"says Dr. Morris Geffen.
Each therapist made a 20-dollar donation.
That money will go to breast cancer research.
