Parents and caretakers across the country now have another reason to spend time with their children. Sunday is National Kid's Day put on by Kid's Peace, The National Center for Kids Overcoming Crisis. Its goal is to encourage adults to spend more meaningful time with our nation's children. So, in honor of Kid's Day, we wanted to find out, what do your kids mean to you?
Katrina Barnwell, Daughter Means Everything:
"The world (laughs). She's three years old, she's going to be three, we're having her third birthday party and can't say anything abut she's my everything. That's it!”
Windell Bradford, Loves His Grandson:
“Well, they sort of make me (pause) feel good again and this is a grandchild and he spends most of his time with us and we love it, every minute of it."
