The 4th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, continues its redeployment from Iraq Thursday with a welcome home ceremony at Cottrell Field in Ft. Stewart.
The ceremony is currently scheduled for 9:20 p.m.Thursday, December 4th.
The main body of the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division will be welcomed home on Friday, December 5th at 3:30p.m.
The brigade is coming home after a 14-month deployment south of Baghdad. Fourth Brigade Soldiers blocked weapons from entering the Iraqi capital, protected the local population, and trained Iraqi security forces.
