A "3 On Your Side" crime and safety alert...as Metro Police ask for your help identifying a man who tried to rob a convenience store at gunpoint. It happened on beech street in the early morning hours of November 27th. In this surveillance tape you can see the suspect approach the register with a cup of coffee and try to get behind the counter. When an employee spots him with a gun - the man runs off. The cashier was not injured. Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers.
