Glynn County police say a man has been arrested, accused of burglary and charges related to a recent home invasion.
It happened on Dec. 10 at a home on Spring Lake Drive in the Eagle Crest subdivision. Police say a 61-year-old woman was napping in her bedroom around 3:20 p.m. when she heard a noise and walked into her living room. Police say she found 36-year-old Sean Michael Flanagan standing there. When asked what he was doing, the witness told police Flanagan said he was waiting on a friend. He left immediately, but police caught up with him.
Flanagan is also charged in a burglary on Dec. 9. A search recovered $16,000 in stolen property. More charges are pending.
