Effingham County Sheriff’s Investigators have identified the body found in a wooded area behind Edwards Loop as 56 year old Horace Wallace of Clyo, Georgia.
Wallace was found early yesterday morning by neighbors in a wooded are behind Edwards Loop. According to witnesses, he was last seen the previous night when he went hunting.
The body was sent to the GBI crime lab in Savannah for an autopsy.
At this time, investigators do not suspect that foul play was involved.
