We have a follow up tonight on the story of two Good Samaritans struck by a car as they stopped to help a driver involved in an accident last month.

The driver of the car that hit Daniel and Nichola Coe-- has been arrested.

Police tonight confirm that 89-year-old Daniel Fogarty is charged with second degree vehicular manslaughter.

He's been booked and released.

Police say Fogarty was the driver who hit the Coes on December 9.

They were struck as they stopped to help a teenager involved in a single-car accident along the Truman Parkway.

Nichola Coe died from her injuries last week.
