Delta and Northwest Air Lines are facing another lawsuit dealing with a child allegedly being molested on one of its flight.
The lawsuit claims a fifteen year old girl was molested for a half an hour on a flight from Philadelphia to Minneapolis.
As a result of the molestation the suit says the young girl's ovary was ruptured
Savannah Attorney Mark Tate who is representing the alleged victim says, “the incidents of minors being assaulted by fellow passengers is far greater than one would expect and it’s time that airlines be held accountable for what goes on on their airplanes.”
