A Savannah Native is making headlines across the country.

Ruby Gettinger is the topic of a reality show on the Style Network.

Weighing close to five hundred pounds the show chronicles Ruby's struggle to lose the weight.

Based here in Savannah the show follows Ruby as she changes her lifestyle after being told she could risk life threatening health complications if she does not.

News Three’s Alice Massimi spoke with Ruby today.
