"Grooming Up to Leadership" is a two-day conference, hosted by the University of Phoenix – Savannah campus and A Working Woman in Need (AWWIN), taking place November 13th and 14th. The conference will be held on the University of Phoenix Savannah campus.
The purpose of this summit is to provide a platform where successful women leaders can teach other women through the sharing of life experiences and skill sets The program covers all aspects of personal presentation from dress to etiquette to intellectual and rational to responses to workplace problem solving, communications and conflict. Additionally, "Grooming Up to Leadership" sets the stage for future mentorship and professional development opportunities.
