The driver of the grey pick-up truck that hit a bicyclist on Highway 80 has been arrested. A Good Samaritan followed the vehicle after the incident to Tybee, and informed the driver that he had hit a man on a bike. The driver turned himself in at the Islands Precinct.
Charged with leaving the scene of an accident and improper passing is 31 year-old Shawn Edward Donnelly of Savannah.
