All they want is a firm foundation, but after years of dealing with what they call a poor tile job, homeowners Ella and Milton Davis called NEWS 3 On Your Side for help. Lowcountry Reporter Holly Bounds went to work for them, starting at their home where things got shaky.

Holly asked a Pulte representative to go on-camera but they declined. They did send over a statement, however, and in part it says,
"Although the Davises had not contacted Pulte-Del Webb in five years related to any issues with the tile work in their home, we acknowledge there had been service calls previously and work was performed. We believe this issue to be unique and have taken the Davises concerns very seriously."
Pulte went on to say they stand by their reputation in customer satisfaction and they are willing to work with the Davises. Holly spoke with Mr. Davis Friday afternoon and he says Pulte paid them a visit Wednesday. Davis says it seems like this situation is going in a good direction, but he'll keep us updated, and of course we'll fill you in along the way.
