SAVANNAH, GA (August 26, 2009): A man shot early Tuesday morning on Savannah's east side has died. Nathaniel Haywood was found lying near the intersection of California and Ohio Avenues after Metro Police responded to a call of shots fired just after 6am Tuesday. He'd been shot at least three times with wounds to the head, shoulder and hand. He was taken to Memorial for treatment where he later died. The investigation is ongoing.
