WHEN: Monday, December 21, 2009.
WHERE: Intersection of S.R. 196 and U.S. 17, in Liberty County, near Richmond Hill, GA.
WHAT: As part of the widening and reconstruction project, R. B. Baker Construction Inc. will be shifting traffic as part of the overall project’s construction staging plans.
Even though traffic will be maintained during this work, motorists should expect travel delays while the contractor is modifying striping to accommodate the traffic shift.
Motorists are reminded that this is a CONSTRUCTION WORK ZONE and are advised to reduce speed and use extreme caution travelling through this area.
