But a Nebraska church got a boost from a very young donor...

THIS IS WHAT FIVE-YEAR-OLD JACKSON MAYBERRY AND HIS MOM DELIVERED TO THE FOOD PANTRY THIS AFTERNOON.
HIS MOTHER WAS A LITTLE FLOORED WHEN HE TOLD HER HE WANTED TO GIVE ALL THIS FOOD INSTEAD OF GET BIRTHDAY PRESENTS.
SHE WAS WORRIED HE MIGHT CHANGE HIS MIND...HE DIDNT.
How's that heavy? Too heavy.
CARRYING ONE HEAVY BAG AFTER ANOTHER AND ANOTHER.... IS HOW FIVE YEAR OLD JACKSON MAYBERRY WANTED TO CELEBRATE HIS
BIRTHDAY.
IT WAS JACKSON'S IDEA TO DONATE ALL this FOOD TO THE KOUNTZE MEMORIAL CHURCH PANTRY.
JACKSON'S MOTHER AMY GAVE HIM A CHOICE FOR HIS BIRTHDAY PARTY. SHE ASKED HIM IF HE WANTED HIS FRIENDS TO BRING HIM GIFTS OR FOOD FOR THE PANTRY.
He said right away he'd like to do food to the Kountze party.
For him it was very simple thing people needed food he had plenty of toys so he was going to help the people who needed it.
It's safe to say we can't give out enough food.
PASTOR CARLOS SCHNEIDER IS THE MAYBERRYS PASTOR AT KOUNTZE. HE SAYS THE PANTRY LINES KEEP GETTING LONGER. HE AND OTHER CHURCH PASTORS ARE POOLING THEIR RESOURCES TO HELP THOSE PEOPLE.
You need a little bit of hope so from this little child it gave me a lot of hope.

It's amazing what one 5 year old can do.
And how many people he'll be able to help and to him it's all so simple.
