One person is dead and three are in the hospital this morning after a pickup truck collided with a police vehicle in Colleton County.
The accident happened just before 6:30 Tuesday night at the intersection of Green Pond Highway and Clover Hill Road.
The driver of the truck, Jake Wright, and Colleton County Deputy, Scott Lee McCoy were flown to MUSC. A child in the truck was taken to Colleton hospital.
Both Wright and McCoy are in good condition at MUSC.
19-year-old Jacob Wright died at the scene.
