Iraqi's Prime Minister is urging his country's military preparations to come to an end.
Under an agreement with the Bush Administration, American troops must leave Iraq by the end of 2011. At a campaign rally today, Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri-Al Maliki said the pace of withdrawals will speed up and occur before the date set in the agreement.
During his election campaign, President Obama pledged to pull out all combat troops within 16 months.
