The third infantry division soldier accused of killing two of his fellow soldiers will soon have his day in court.
Sgt. Joseph Bozicevich's article 32 hearing will be on April 13th.
At that hearing Bozicevich will learn what specific charges he is facing.
Bbozicevich had been in a performance meeting in Iraq with Staff Sergeant Darris Dawson and Sergeant Wesley Durbin.
He's accused of then opening fire and killing the two.
