Once again Congressman John Barrow is traveling around the 12th District to meet with veterans.
Barrow sees this as a chance to meet with veterans and their families and also listen to any concerns they might have.
It's also an opportunity to let them know about some improvements in benefits... this year the big one is the G.I. Bill.
Barrow says more money is also being spent on healthcare.
“I've been struck by how concerned today’s veterans are in tomorrows veterans because they know what the G.I. Bill did for them, they know what an important part of the benefits package it was for them during their years of service,” says Congressman John Barrow of the 12th District.
