The Department of Defense says Corporal Raymundo P. Morales of Dalton died Tuesday. According to a news release, Morales died from injuries after the vehicle he was riding in rolled over near Methar Lam, Afghanistan.
Morales was a member of Company D, 148th Brigade Support Battalion, located in Cedartown.
The incident is under investigation.
