Tybee Island also celebrated the wearing of the green. They had their Seventh Annual Irish Heritage Celebration Parade this afternoon.
Like the Tara Feis the goal of Tybee's event is to keep Irish History alive.
Started by Tybee locals Jay Burke and Frank Hyre in the past five years the parade has doubled in size.
