An Estill man has been arrested and charged with the murder of Isaiah Sanders, 20, of Estill. Sanders died during a shooting at the B&B Disco in Scotia around 1 a.m. Monday morning.
Damascus Joyce, 19, of 1495 Columbia Highway, Estill, was charged with Sanders' murder Tuesday and was arraigned Wednesday morning at magistrate's court by Magistrate Carolyn Williams on the charge of murder. Joyce did not have a previous record at the Hampton County Sheriff's Office.
The incident remains under investigation and authorities are still seeking information conerning the shooting.
