Pensacola, Fla., police have charged a
Fort Stewart soldier with the sexual assault of a 17-year-old
female sailor.
Army Maj. Lee Peters, a deputy public affairs officer, said
20-year-old Jeremy Boze was arrested Sunday.
Pensacola police said the victim, who is in the U.S. Navy, was
sexually assaulted on a beach.
Also arrested was 24-year-old Corey Woods, a U.S. Air Force
airman, based in Pensacola.
Boze and Woods were released on $10,000 bond each and were
returned to their military installations.
Peters said the Army is cooperating in the investigation.
