It turned out to be a great night to celebrate graduation for SCAD seniors.
Tonight was the New Alumni Concert Festival in the Oark with four bands; Ingram Hill, Reel Big Fish, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, and the headliner, Michael Franti and Spear Head.
Early in the night rain forced organizers postpone the concert, but they say they still had at least 10,000 people show and those who attended loved it.
"I think this is rocking awesome you know we've all worked so hard for our degrees. It gives us a chance to say look what I did its amazing heck yeah, and then we'll deal with getting a job, but right now it's time to pause and to really celebrate our accomplishments,” says Christine Stevens, SCAD graduate student.
SCAD's graduation is the biggest on record, 1,500. It will be held at the Civic Center tomorrow morning.
