On November 11, 2009 at approximately 8:30 pm, deputies responded to a call at the Chase Lounge at the intersection of Rivers Avenue and Proctor Street near Walterboro, SC.

There they found the complainant, Johnny R. Ford, which stated when he and his two passengers were on Robertson Blvd. near Cleveland Street, they began taking gun fire from another vehicle and his two passengers were hit several times.

The victim’s were identified as Jason Michael Brown and Leviticus Ford.

Deputies observed that the complainant’s car had several holes in it that appeared to be from the gun fire.

The two passengers were transported to the local hospital by private vehicle prior to the deputy’s arrival.

At least one of the victims was transported to a Charleston area hospital because of multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim’s vehicle was transported to a local facility to be processed and the incident is under investigation.

This comes just two nights after a drive-by shooting injures nine and kills three, including a toddler.

Sherrif's say this incident may be related to the Monday night (November 9th) shooting on Girardeau Street in Walterboro.

Family members of the victims from Monday's shooting tell WCBD they think thugs are taking over the neighborhood and that gangs are the problem.
