Earnest Daise Denied Bond

BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. -- No bail for the Beaufort County man accused of killing his girlfriend and her four-year old son last week.

Twenty-seven-year old Earnest Daise is charged with two counts of Murder, Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

The shooting happened November 15th in the Dale community in northern Beaufort county. Daise was arrested on drug charges the next day and considered a person of interest. He was charged for the murders Monday. Authorities say there were already documented problems between Daise and his girlfriend.
