METRO Police ID Frazier Homes Murder Victim

Metro Police have identified the murder victim from Thursday night's Frazier Homes shooting.

(SAVANNAH, GA)

Vandell Delacy Bivens is the latest homicide in Savannah. METRO police identified Bivens as the victim in last night's shooting in the 500 block of Emerald Drive (Frazier Homes).

Police responded to the location around 10:30 last night when they received the call about a shooting. They found Bivens and he was pronounced dead on scene by EMS.
