(Savannah) Chatham Area Transit is taking steps to protect its drivers and passengers from H1N1 or Swine Flu. To ensure safety they got a talk from a representative with the Coastal Health District today. Health officials say the virus can stay active for two to four hours on most surfaces, and in some cases, it may stay active longer. The focus is on CAT Drivers because of their close interaction with riders. 11,000 people depend on Chatham Area Transit everyday.
