An Army Of One Runs For Breast Cancer Awareness

Members of the 260th Quartermaster Battalion are running this morning in Savannah support breast cancer. October is breast cancer awareness month. This morning's run through the streets of Savannah is one of unity with those fighting the disease.

And the 260th Quartermaster Battalion at Hunter Army Airfield is one family joining in the fight against breast cancer.This morning they're running in formation from the base to the Lewis Cancer Pavilion. This run is about awareness and to show support to everyone fighting breast cancer like their own fellow soldier 1st Lt. Andrea Graham.

Dozens of soldiers are running today to stregthen their muscles for the war effort - the war against breast cancer. They're marching to support one of their own who came down with the disease and also to raise awareness about early detection. More on New 3 tonight at six.
