SAVANNAH, Ga.-- Police have identified the man killed in a shooting in Ardsley Park Wednesday.
Savannah-Chatham Metro Police said Ricky Goldwire arrived at Candler Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday. He later died of his injuires.
Metro Police said he told the hospital staff he had been shot at his worksite, a home under renovation near 48th and Abercorn Streets.
Police identified the gunman as Willie Goldwire, a relative of the victim. Authorities believe the two men got into an argument while working at the home.
Authorities said they have questioned Willie Goldwire and released him pending further investigation.
No charges have been filed yet.
