South Carolina state patrol officials said two people have died in an accident on I-95 in Colleton County.
It happened around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday near the 42 mile marker, the Highway 21-Orangeburg exit.
Troopers said a 15-passenger van carrying a family of 11 was traveling north when the driver of the van lost control, went off the side of the road, and overturned..
Officials on the scene told our sister station WCBD that several of the passengers were ejected, including a baby, who is reported to be in very serious condition.
One person killed in the accident is an adult female.
One right lane of I-95 north is closed as authorities investigate the crash.
