The case was referred to the United States Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force in Atlanta, Georgia to locate and arrest Wilson in June of 2010. Wilson has been on the run and hiding since the last incident in June 2010.  An extensive investigation was conducted by the Marshals Task Force and numerous leads were worked to try and find Wilson in the Atlanta area.

On August 23, 2010, the Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Savannah, Georgia received information that placed Frasier in the Hinesville, Georgia area.  Savannah Task Force investigators tracked Frasier to a truck stop at Highway 17 and I-95 in Richmond Hill, Georgia.  Investigators identified Frasier sitting in a truck parked in the parking lot of the truck stop.  The driver was in the store and Frasier was sitting in the passenger side of the truck.  When the driver returned and Frasier closed the passenger door, investigators blocked the truck and removed Frasier from the vehicle.  Frasier was arrested without incident.  With the assistance of the Richmond Hill Police and Bryan County Sheriff’s Department, Frasier was transported to the Bryan County Jail to await pick up by Cobb County
