An Atlanta man wanted on multiple warrants to include three armed robberies, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and various other charges was arrested by the Savannah office of the United States Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force on August 23, 2010.
Terrence Dion Frasier, 41, was wanted by numerous agencies in the Atlanta area to include the Cobb County Sheriff’s Department, the Sandy Springs Police Department, Alpharetta Police Department, and the Atlanta Police Department. The outstanding warrants date back to April and June of 2010. Frasier has a criminal history dating back to 1987 with at least one arrest for a homicide in 1996 by the Atlanta Police Department.
The case was referred to the United States Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force in Atlanta, Georgia to locate and arrest Wilson in June of 2010. Wilson has been on the run and hiding since the last incident in June 2010. An extensive investigation was conducted by the Marshals Task Force and numerous leads were worked to try and find Wilson in the Atlanta area.
On August 23, 2010, the Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Savannah, Georgia received information that placed Frasier in the Hinesville, Georgia area. Savannah Task Force investigators tracked Frasier to a truck stop at Highway 17 and I-95 in Richmond Hill, Georgia. Investigators identified Frasier sitting in a truck parked in the parking lot of the truck stop. The driver was in the store and Frasier was sitting in the passenger side of the truck. When the driver returned and Frasier closed the passenger door, investigators blocked the truck and removed Frasier from the vehicle. Frasier was arrested without incident. With the assistance of the Richmond Hill Police and Bryan County Sheriff’s Department, Frasier was transported to the Bryan County Jail to await pick up by Cobb County.
