(Savannah) You could call it the calm after the storm at The Telfair Birth Place inside Candler Hospital. Doctors delivered 4 sets of twins within 8 hours Wednesday. "We worked hard, but we got the job done and we had a safe day. We had a safe environment and we had babies to look at and enjoy and the mother and father were happy," says RN Teley Bostick. Babies making a statement… look out world! First through the revolving door - Marci and Tim Roberts' boys Jackson and Griffin. "We went to the back and they were kind of rushing us out thinking there's another set on the way. Then another mom apparently came in laboring. Before I was out of recovery they said there was a 4th set of twins. Really we were just shocked… just amazed," says Marci. Down the hall, the second set - Morgan and Katelyn, belonging to Nurse Stephanie Wilson and husband Ken. "It makes a big difference for me going where people know you and try to take good care of you, but they try to make it like a family atmosphere here too. So we are very thankful," says Stephanie. Baby mania baffled these proud parents of Hannah and Khloe. "Something must have been in the water. We were surprised to here it was a full moon yesterday too. So that might have had something to do with it," says Jennifer Zabawa. "Are you excited?" "Yeah…Yeah!" "I was a little proud because mine were the biggest," says Angie Barrow. Mom Angie Barrow's babies Noah and Noelle were the last set of twins delivered. She's ready for double duty.
"I have a million people around me so yeah I think we're ready." Doctors tell New 3 all of the babies are healthy.
