The dogs which aid in detecting explosives and narcotics can also run down suspects ....as was demonstrated here.
“Our dogs olfactory or their sense of smell can not be mimicked by any type of technology or machine,” points out dog handler SGT Nicholas Briggs.
Briggs says when used correctly dogs can dramatically change the outcome on the battlefield.
