(Savannah) Folks representing The Savannah Tea Party say they are against the current Health Care Reform Bill. They took their message to the streets today. Carrying signs and chanting “Kill the bill” they protested outside Congressman John Barrow’s office. Richard Waters says a bipartisan bill is needed. ‘We have the best Health Care system in the world and we would be foolish to dismantle it in the name of passing a bill.”
Here’s the response News 3 received from Congressman Barrow today. He says he is always happy to hear his constituents. He has voted against Health Care legislation twice. Barrow says he will make a decision on the most recent bill when he has the chance to see it. President Obama says he is confident House Democrats will pass Health Care Reform this week.
