HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. -- A plane headed for Virginia made an emergency landing on Hilton Head Island Monday night.

The map below shows the route the pilot planned to take from Orlando Executive Airport to Hampton Roads Executive Airport. The plotted points are from FlightAware.com from the plane's tail number. The last point (not plotted on the map below), points to KXHD, or Hilton Head Airport.
