Chatham Orthopaedic Associates, P.A. is the oldest orthopaedic medical practice in Savannah. The practice began in the 1950's in the downtown area and moved South to the current area of the city a number of years later. The physician side of the practice grew in the 1990's when Spencer Wheeler, M.D. and James Holtzclaw M.D. joined Chatham Orthopaedics. Mark Jenkins, D.O. was the first addition in the twenty first century, and has been joined by Robert Dow Hoffman, M.D., Raphael Roybal, M.D., Ronald Levit, M.D., and Greer Noonburg, M.D. Chatham Orthopaedics has board certified physicians in many of the orthopaedic sub-specialties.
