Pooler Police informs us both lanes of I-16 Westbound at Pooler Parkway are closed because of an accident... pickup vs semi truck. Georgia State Patrol confirms one person has died. Georgia State Patrol says the pick-up was traveling eastbound when it hydroplaned. It crossed the median and almost hit the semi truck head on before being pushed into tree line.
