Savannah Fast Food Employee Accused Of Stealing Customer's Credit Card Info

Savannah-Chatham Metro Police have arrested a Burger King employee they say was stealing customer's credit card information.  Detectives say he was scanning them at the drive-thru of the MLK location.  Police say on August 13th the employee was observed on video holding what appeared to be a lighter in his hands while working at the drive thru. Upon closer inspection it was learned he would swipe the customer’s credit card in the stores terminal first, then the device in his hand. 

Police and determined that 23 year old Jonathan Lee Davis was using a skimmer which was collecting customer's credit card information.  Metro Police advise anyone who may have visited the Burger King on MLK Boulevard between April and August 13th to monitor their account closely. If you notice any fraudulent charges, you should contact your bank immediately.
