Volunteers and staff at the West Broad Street YMCA were busy lately preparing for the 30th annual "Miracle on May Street". This year, they collected more toys than ever and were able to help 650 children have a merry Christmas. They "Y" has clothing, books and a few toys remaining. If you know of anyone who needs help, they've set up a "Christmas Closet" from now until the end of December. The Savannah Black Heritage Festival kicks off it's first fundraiser- "Dancing Through the Decades" is on Januray 20th at the Savannah Marriott Riverfront. You'll learn great dance moves from the 50's through the 90's. If you want to attend or if you're a dancer who wants to help others learn, call 912-358-4309.
