A stalled vehicle leads to an accident on Interstate 16 Monday morning.
Savannah-Chatham Metro Police say a vehicle stalled on the side of I-16 eastbound. Through a series of events that haven't been clarified at this time, police say this lead to a motorcycle hittting and flipping over a guard rail.
Police say the driver of the motorcycle received only minor injuries, but traffic is down to one lane near Chatham Parkway.
