The dawn of St. Patrick's Day brought arrests from Savannah-Chatham Metro Police.
Overnight officers arrested people in City market on charges of Affray, False ID, Disorderly Conduct, DUI, Public Indecency, and Public Intoxication. On River Street, one was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
