A house fire in Thunderbolt forces traffic detours.
The fire broke out at a home on 3rd Street around 6:30 Wednesday morning. The westbound lanes of Victory Drive near 3rd Street were detoured, while the scene was being worked. At 8:15 a.m., one westbound lane was open.
