He's accused of hoarding more than 70 dogs in his Savannah home-- and Monday, he made another court appearance. Daniel Golden was charged with violating several city ordinances, including failure to maintain a sanitary and clean property, and animal neglect. Judge Tammy Stokes dismissed the case against Golden involving property maintenance after it was reported he has removed his belongings from the home he had been renting, and left it clean. Findings of a mental evaluation are still awaited to determine the outcome of the case involving the animals.
Another court date is scheduled for late this month.
